How do I book the free Strategic Assessment?
Use the booking link on the main page. It goes directly to a 30-minute slot via Calendly. No intake form required in advance — just show up ready to have an honest conversation about where you are.
I need to reschedule my session. What do I do?
Use the link in your Calendly confirmation email to reschedule directly. For sessions within 24 hours, email me instead. Protocol sessions require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule without forfeiting the slot.
I have a question about a payment or invoice.
Payments are processed through Stripe. If you need an invoice, a receipt, or have a billing discrepancy, email contact@alexmillius.com with your name and the date of the transaction. I'll resolve it within two business days.
I want to request my personal data or exercise a privacy right.
Data requests — access, correction, deletion, or portability — are handled within 30 days. Send your request by email to contact@alexmillius.com with the subject line "Data Request." For details on your rights, see the Privacy Policy.
I am a current client and need urgent support.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need immediate support, please contact a local emergency service or crisis line. Between-session support via the voice message channel is available for day-to-day questions and is responded to within 48 hours on business days — it is not a crisis service.
Do you offer sessions in French?
Yes. Sessions are available in English and French. You can specify your language preference when booking, or mention it in your first message.
